Rhonda Dawn Foster and Perry Stuart Breeden were married on July 20 at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. Morris Breeden, parents of the groom, in Amissville at 4 p.m. Reverend Merlin Shorb officiated.
Mrs. Breeden is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Guy E. Foster, Jr. of Sperryville. She wore a white and mint green strapless, taffeta gown and carried a bouquet of assorted pastel-colored daisies. She was given in marriage by her father.
Kristi Maria Foster of Virginia Beach was the maid of honor. She wore a mint green, floor-length taffeta gown and carried pastel-colored daisies. The best man was Terry Breeden, brother of the groom, of Culpeper. David Breeden of Rixeyville and Butch Foster of Sperryville were ushers. Ceremony decorations included a wrought-iron archway with pink, green and yellow ribbons. Wedding music was performed by Jennifer Shorb.
An outdoor reception following the ceremony was held at the Breeden home. The couple traveled to Williamsburg and Virginia Beach for
