Mix pumpkin with sugar, spices, and vanilla; fold in 1 c. whipped cream. Pour filling over ice cream. Cover with foil; freeze about four hours. Combine nuts and 1/4 c. sugar in small skillet. Mincemeat crunch pie 1 (28 oz.) jar prepared mincemeat 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell 1 Tbsp. instant orange peel 1/4 c. all-purpose flour 1/4 c. packed brown sugar 2Tb8p. margarine, softened 1/4 c. chopped pecans or walnuts Spoon mincemeat into pie shell; • sprinkle with orange peel. Combine ! flour and sugar in bowl. Using a pastry blender or two knives, cut in ! margarine until mixture resembles cornmeal. Stir in pecans. Sprinkle l mixture nver pie.
