Warranty and the Grantor s tax and cost of preparing the deed shall be the expense of Seller. Examination of title, other recording charges, notary fees, settlement fees will be at the cost of the purchaser.
The Trustee reserves the right: (i) to waive the deposit requirement; (ii) to extend the period of time within which the purchaser is to make full settlement; (iii) to withdraw the property from sale at any time prior to the termination of the bidding; (iv) to keep the bidding open for any length of time; (v) to reject all bids; (vi) to postpone or set over the date of sale; and (vii) to determine the order of sale at the time of sale. In the event the Trustee deems it best for any reason at the time of sale to postpone or continue this sale from time to time, such notices of postponement or setting over will be in a manner deemed reasonable by the Trustee.
Written notice of this Trustee’s sale, as requited by Title 55, Section 59.1 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, has been given to Clifford Andrew Miller, III, by certified mail at the last known address as it appears in the records of the Noteholder.
