* Each bird being taken from a preserve must be tagged or banded, and hunters transporting such birds will be given a certificate showing the name and address of the hunter, the name of the shooting preserve, the date hunted and the number of species tagged. This certificate must remain with the game.
* All shot game may be disposed of as a gift.
* All hunters on private preserves must comply with Virginia's blaze orange requirements.
* Licensed preserve operators must submit an annual report of all hunters on their respective pre* serves and their harvest records within 30 days of the March 31 close of the preserve season.
* Owners, lessees or an officer of a corporation operating a preserve must sign a statement agreeing to abide by all state and federal wildlife laws as well as the contract provisions of their shooting preserve licenses.
