In elections held recently at Piedmont Technical Education Center, Kerrie Pederson was chosen as the President for the atternoon VICA section. Kerrie is a senior at Rappahannock County High School and is taking Cosmetology II at Piedmont. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Mitchell Hitt of Castleton.
