The Shenandoah Area Council announced that it will begin opening its resident summer camp to its youngest Cub Scouts, boys in the second and third grades.
Campers have traditionally been Boy Scouts and Webelos, usually in the 10-15 age range. In the past the Shenandoah Area Council has offered a separate resident program for Webelos Scouts who are drawn from the fourth and fifth grades.
