A Rappahannock County Circuit Court grand jury returned indictments on felony charges against five people during term day this month.
Crystal Roxanne Hale, 33, of 5 Mead St., Luray, was indicted on two charges relating to an alleged check forgery at the Rappahannock Medical Center. She was charged with forgery and obtaining the property of another under false pretenses, according to the bills of indictment.
Hale is free on bond pending another court appearance on April 27.
Joseph G. Perry, 26, of Woodville, was indicted on one charge of grand larceny. According to the
