The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce a vinculo matrimonii from the Defendant on the ground that Defendant and Complainant have lived separate and apart since June 21,1988

An affidavit having been made and filed that the Defendant, Don Edward Wagner, whose last known address is P O Box 22, Washington, Virginia 22747, is believed to not be a resident of this State, his whereabouts being unknown, it is, therefore

ORDERED that the said Don Edward Wagner do appear before this court within ten (10) days after due publication of this Order of Publication, and do what is necessary to protect his interest in this suit.

And it is further ORDERED that this order be published once a week for four (4) successive weeks in the Rappahannock

News, a newspaper having general circulation in the County of Rappahannock.

Commonwealth of Virginia, that the same be posted at the front door of the courthouse of this Court and that the Clerk of this Court otherwise comply with Section 8.01-317 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended. ENTER: This 15th day of March, 1989
