During dinner, a troupe of players from the Rappahannock 4-H Teen Club presented a play for the king and his guests. Gypsies also told fortunes and entertained during dinner. The Captive Hart tavern offered pretzels, “ale,” pickles, beef sticks, juices, and, the new sens!* tion from the Holy Land, sherbet. Music appropriate to the period w«s provided throughout the evening. I
