Gary Bailey Jr.

Gary F. Bailey Jr., 78, of Amissville, died May 12 at the home of his daughter in Rixeyville.

Mr. Bailey was bom July 13, 1910, in Clinton, S.C. He retired from Hajoca Plumbing and Heating Supply in 1975 and he was a member of Forest Grove Baptist Church and served as a deacon there.

Survivors include his wife, Louise S. Bailey, Amissville; two daughters, Mrs. Barbara L. Wommace, Lanham, Md. and Mrs. Ginger B. Compton, Rixeyville; six grandchildren; and seven greatgrandchildren.

Funeral services were held May 24 at Forest Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Sidney Rodriguez and Rev. Milton Switzer officiating.

Pallbearers were Elmer Jenkins, William Prince and grandsons Bill Wommace, Jim Wommace, Joe Compton and Kenny Compton.

Clore Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
