The object of this suit is to quiet the title of Grace E. Ordewald in and to the lands described in the Bill of Complaint filed herein, and/or to effect partition amongst the owners by sale or otherwise, of a tract of land of which Woodley Tutt died seized and possessed. located in Stonewall Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, said land containing 1.891 acres, more or less, as is more fully recited in said Bill of Complaint.
An Affidavit having been made and filed and the Bill of Complaint having stated that the said Thelma Johnson Davis is a non-resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and that the addresses of Ralph Davis and Cephus Tutt. if they be living, are unknown, and that there are or may be persons interested in the subject matter of this suit whose names and/or addresses are unknown, which Bill of Complaint has made said persons parties defendant by the general description PARTIES UNKNOWN, it is, therefore,
ADJUDGED, ORDERED and DECREED that all possible PARTIES UNKNOWN having an interest in all of that certain tract or parcel of land of which Woodley Tutt died seized and possessed are made parties defendant and said persons are made parties defendant by a general description of "PARTIES UNKNOWN", as follows:
