To the editor:
As a recent graduate of RCHS and a former English student of Mr. Jon Heddleston, I was shocked and disappointed to find out that he was leading a group of people in attempt to ban, or partially ban, cable TV from the citizens of this county.
I read the Letters to the editor in the July 13 Rappahannock News and I strongly agree that Mr. Heddleston and Mr. Von Fange are wrong in trying to force their opinions on others.
Having just left the Rappahannock County school system as a graduate of the Class of 1989, I am also concerned with Mr. Von Fange and his new Earth Science teaching job. Will he present the creation theories fairly, and without bias?
One last thing, Mr. Heddleston; you were a good teacher in the class
