On a motion to approve the addition, which stipulated that the county return to the ARB for final approval on design details, the council approved the plan 5-2. Voting in favor were Mr. Skowronski, Mr. Lynch, Mr. Morehouse, Mr. Gooch and Mrs. Willis. Voting against were Mr. Wickens and Mr. Fisher.
