Trooper Newlin could serve us better, and perhaps extend my life span, by running radar on Route 29 east of Warrenton around 6 a.m. There is where my personal freedoms are infringed upon by motorists, including an occasional beer truck, whizzing by me at speeds up to 70 mph. Those are the criminals, not David Blanchard, who at that hour is probably peacefully working in his garden. ,
