according to survey ot William P. Gimble, C.L.S., dated August 17, 1988, revised August 31, 1988 and recorded amongst the land records of the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County.
It being alleged that the said Ralph Oavis went from his residence and last domicile in Rochester, New York, and has not returned to said residence for more than twenty years successively and has not been heard from, and it having been requested that the fact of the death of the said Ralph Davis and of such descent and vesting be established by the court.
It is, therefore, ORDERED that the fact of such application be advertised and notice is now given therefore that on the 19th day of April, 1990, at 9:00 a m. this Court will hear evidence as to the alleged absence of the supposed decedent and the circumstances and duration thereof.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the foregoing order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper published in the County ol Rappahannock, Virginia.
