The Rappahannock County Library’s Board of Library Trustees approved a site plan for the new building’s location on U.S. 211 just east of Washington.
The board also gave preliminary approval to the building’s revised floor plan at its March 19 meeting, following the recommendation of the building committee which met just before the trustees.
The site plan was designed by landscape architect Meade Palmer of Warrenton, and will have the front of the library, rather than the end as
