NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

On April 2, 1990 at 7:00 p.m. the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing at the Courthouse Building in Washington, Rappahannock County, Virginia, to consider for passage an Ordinance designating certain private roads or streets within Blue Ridge Mountains Estates to be “highways” for law enforcement purposes. The effect of the adoption of this Ordinance would be to extend into said private roads or streets the motor vehicle laws of the County of Rappahannock and Commonwealth of Virginia.

The full text of said Ordinance is available for review in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, and the office of the County Administrator.

All persons who wish to be heard on the Ordinance as proposed, should appear before the Board at the time and place abovestated.
