Consultations with patients and families are an important component of surgery. The surgical suite has a small room to be used for consultation with patients before surgery and with family members following surgery. The chapel is also located near the surgical suite and near the waiting area.
"With all the new technology and spacious surroundings, we still firmly believe that our mission cannot be fulfilled without our four "C’s”—Caring, Compassion, Competence, and Courtesy," said Wayne Weaver, RN, director of the surgical suite.
