County taxes must be paid and Registration Cards must be stamped by the Commissioner of Revenue. County tags must be displayed by May 1, 1990. When transferring a sticker from one vehicle to another you must return the old sticker and receipt to the Treasurer’s Office before a duplicate will be issued.
