PUBLICATION The object of this suit is to effect partition amongst the owners by sale or otherwise, of a tract of land of which Mary Jordan Reager, Mabel Reager and Henry Wilhoit Reager died seized and possessed, located in Wakefield Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, said land containing 6.432 acres, more or less, as is more fully recited in said Bill of Complaint.
An Affidavit having been made and filed and the Bill of Complaint having stated that the said Anna Stump Kirth, Mona Stump Ritchie, Lola Stump, Lucy Mae Hale, and Shirley Lynn Stump, are or may be nonresidents of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and that the addresses of Lola Stump, Lucy Mae Hale, and Shirley Lynn Stump, if they be living, are unknown, and that there are or may be persons interested in the subject matter of this suit whose names and/or addresses are unknown, which Bill of Complaint has made said persons parties defendant by the general description PARTIES UNKNOWN, and that some or all of said persons may suffer from a legal incapacity, it is, therefore,
ADJUDGED, ORDERED and DECREED that all possible PARTIES UNKNOWN having an interest in all of that certain tract or parcel of land of which Mary Jordan Reager, Mabel Reager and Henry Wilhoit Reager died seized and possessed are made parties defendant by a general description of "PARTIES UNKNOWN", as follows:
