Contributing to their decision to move was Mr. Kren’s new position with Watergate Hotel in D.C.
“The move has helped to get us closer to Washington and Frank’s new job,” Mrs. Kren said.
“We will continue our theater efforts here,” Mrs. Kren said, adding while turn-out was low for their final production, “Strange Snow,” it “remains one of our best performances. Dinah Day and Howard Coon were fabulous and we hope to re-open the show in this area in the future.”
“We are in the process of scouting out a place” for theater production in the Northern Virginia area, Mrs. Kren said.
According to Wendy Weinberg, owner of the theater, no lease was required from the company and future productions are planned at the theater.
