New guardrails

Replacing sections of guardrail along U.S. 211 in Rappahannock County between Ben Venue and Massies Corner will start a project that will see more than seven miles of guardrail replaced between now and next year in the nine-county Culpeper transportation district.
Kirk-Neal Inc. crews, of Charlottesville, started work this week (July 15-19) along westbound U.S. 211 under a $407,693 contract awarded in June by the Commonwealth Transportation Board.
