Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Cook of Amissville are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter, Angela Denise Caesar, to Adrian Twain Mobley, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ellis Mobley Sr. of Chesapeake, Va.
Miss Caesar is a 1985 graduate of Rappahannock High School, a 1989 graduate of Bridgewater College, and is currently employed as a supervisor at the U.S. District Court in Washington, D.C.
Mr. Mobley is a 1986 graduate of Indian River High School, a 1990 graduate of Bridgewater College, and is currently employed at the United States Postal Academy as an Assistant Fitness Coordinator in Potomac, Md.
The wedding is planned for Aug. 10.
