PURSUANT to Section 12.1-10 of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance and Section 15.1431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday August 28, 1991 at 9:00 a m. at the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia to consider the following applications: SPECIAL USE #91-08-02 Applications by Mr. & Mrs. Todd L. A COPY of the foregoing applications is on file at the Zoning Office and available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a m. to 4:30 p.m. Said applications will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on August 21, 1991 at 7:30 p.m. at the Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant J to Section 5.1 -9, if any.
