Environmental Systems Services of Culpeper submitted a bid for designing a septage pretreatment system which must be completed by September, 1994. The bid is for $4,882 and does not include any equipment. A representative of the company will be asked to come speak to the members of the WSA, and more bids will be sought. Mr. Smith will take care of obtaining these bids.
