Mildred Starks Skiers, Robert Starks, Irmeshen Jordan Starks, and Thomas Hayward Starks, and any other UNKNOWN HEIRS, devisees and successors in title, if any such there be, and/or any unknown parties having an interest in the real estate of which Clarence Arthur Starks died seized and possessed, whose names and addresses are unknown and who are made parties defendant by the general description of PARTIES UNKNOWN, are hereby required to appear on or before January 5, 1994, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests.
