program by Fred Weaver, Director of Risk Management, Virginia Tech, on “Blood Borne Pathogens.” Our business meeting was held and the following officers were installed: Vanessa Wells, president; Karen Woodington, vice-president; Wanda Floyd, secretary; Linda Wilkins, treasurer; and Jan Palmer (Rappahannock County), reporter. Becky Elia was given the honor of being an honorary member of the Northern District Extension Secretaries Association. Jesse Judy, Northern District Director, held a question and answer session. “What Makes a Secretary Outstanding” was the title of Helen Smith’s (Rappahannock County Extension Agent) presentation and Melanie Barber, Warren Memorial Hospital, gave us a very informative talk on “Your Right to Decide: The Living Will.” Jan Palmer of the Rappahannock Cooperative Extension attended the inservice.

Craft Bazaar
The ladies of the Culpeper United Methodist Church will hold their annual Christmas Craft Bazaar, from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 13.
A continental breakfast of coffee,, tea, juices and homemade baked goods will be served. Lunch will in-. elude barbecue, hot dogs, coleslaw, chips, dessert and beverage. ,
The bazaar will feature 41 craft: . ers. The United Methodist Women will also have a craft table and bake sale table.
Also, there will be CUMC Building Fund table with miscellaneous crafts.
