Robert Jones
Robert Othniel “Bruno” Jones, 67, of Culpeper, died on Sunday, Nov. 7 at his residence.
A native of Rappahannock County, he was the son of the late Robert B. and Annie Dwyer Jones.
He was a veteran of World War II and a house painter by trade.
He is survived by two sisters, Cedelmer M. Atkins and Mary Dodson, both of Culpeper; three nieces, Dorothy Mee of Centreville, Peggy Lee Dodson and Betty J. Settle, both of Culpeper.
A graveside funeral will be held at Woodland United Methodist Church Cemetery at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 10 with the Rev. Charles Shifflett officiating.
Pallbearers named are John Smith, Andrew Smith, Melvin Dwyer, Larry Jenkins, James Jenkins and David Jenkins.
Geest-Johnson Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Jerry L. Jenkins
Mr. Jerry Lee Jenkins, 34, oi Sperrville, died on Friday, Nov. 5 in Sperry ville.
He was born on July 25,1959.
He was employed by the Virginia Department of Transportation in Fairfax and was a member of Sperry ville United Methodist Church.
His mother was the late Josephine Mae Atkins Jenkins.
