Developmental Screening Rappahannock County Public School System is sponsoring a free developmental screening on children birth to five years of age from 1-3 p.m. during the month of November. Children will be checked for development in speech and language, general development, social skills and vision. This screening is not designed to determine if children are eligible for kindergarten.
