1/4 teaspoon basil leaves 1/8 teaspoon pepper Line 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan with heavy duty aluminum foul. Combine all ingredients. Press into pan. Cut into 40 squares. Shape each square into meatball; return to pan. Bake in 400 degree F oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Drain. Makes 40 meatballs.
Hot n’ Spicy Appetizer 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1 cup catsup 2 tablespoon brown sugar 2 tablespoons vinegar 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1/4 teaspoons hot pepper sauce . Saute onion in vegetable oil until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients; simmer 10 minutes. Skewer meatballs on toothpicks; serve with sauce for dipping. Makes 8 servings. Spaghetti Sauce 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/4 cup chopped green pepper 1 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 jar (15 ounces) spaghetti sauce Hot cooked spaghetti Grated Parmesan cheese Saute onions and green pepper in vegetable oil until tender. Stir in spaghetti sauce; simmer 10 minutes. Serve with meatballs over hot cooked spaghetti. Spinkle with Parmesan cheese. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
