PURSUANT to Section 12,1-10 of the Rappahannock county Zoning Ordinance and Section 15.1431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 7,1994, at 7:00 p.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia to consider the following application(s):

SPECIAL EXCEPTION #94-01-03 Susan Hoffman and Ml-! chael J. Biniek, Rt. 1, Box 32, Sperryville, VA 22740 desire to obtain a Special Exception to the Rappa-. hannock County Zoning Ordinance in order to operate a summer day camp for twenty-five (25) or more’ children at their property located on Rt. 231, Tax Map 54, Parcel 25, (better' known as The Kilby Farm”); located in Hawthorne Magisterial District and zoned "A” Agricultural and “C” Conservation. Use. allowed under Section 3, Article 3.3-2 fE) of the County Zoning Ordinance.

A COPY of the foregoing applications is on file at the Zoning Office and available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Said applications will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, February 16, 1994, at 7:30 p.m., at the Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 15.1-9, rt any.
