George Washington CarverPiedmont Technical Education Center students recently attend the District 10 VICA (Vocational Industrial Clubs of America) Skills and Leadership Olympics.
Of the six attending schools which make up District 10, Piedmont ran away with the largest share of the gold.
Rappahannock students who won gold metals were Trad Thompson, Welding and Michelle Williams, VICA Quiz Bowl.
The silver medalist from Rappahannock was Melissa Compton, Needle Trades.
