The year (1963) that I first became active in local government the late Joe D. Keyser told me “politics is a S.O.B.” This year I finally realized what he was saying.
Your article last week to “Explain the Tax Lien” was not a fair explaination as it presented only one side of the lien issue. If your article was completely correct the issue should be the unfairness of the Courts and IRS, not several copies of a thruthful document given to town residents anomyously.
The “Tax Lien” is recorded in the Rappahannock County Clerk’s Office and is a matter of public record which anyone has a right to see.
