Donna Gore Foster was recently appointed Manager for Central Fidelity National Bank’s Downtown Office in Culpeper. Ms. Foster previously served as Assistant Branch Manager of the same office, and was elected Officer in 1992.
Ms. Foster joined Central Fidelity in 1985 as a Retail Management Intern. She graduated Cum Laude from the University of Richmond with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She also holds an American Institue of Banking diploma in Retail Banking. Ms. Fsoter is a charter member of the Culpeper 4-H Foundation Board, and represents Central Fidelity at High School Career Days in Culpeper and Rappahannock counties. She also
