With spring at its peak, many members brought prized blooms from their gardens for the horticulture exhibit. Many specimens for awards with two blue ribbons going to Carolyn Emerick and one each to Judy Halle, Mary Revercomb, Lucia Kilby, and Christine Johnston. The blue ribbon for an artistic arrangements representing “The Beauty of Spring” was won by Helen Brown.
