Mac LC 575’s with CD ROM drives, six Mac LC Ill’s, two Power Macs, and a printer, is part of a special technology grant. While the other lab is used for classes each day, this new lab can be used by students throughout the day. The only problem is that the lab must be supervised during the day, and no faculty members are available. The high school is asking for community volunteers to help if at all possible. Anyone interested can be trained to help. Please call 9878675 to volunteer.

There is also some important news for college-bound students. That SAT deadline for the November test is Sept. 30. The December test deadline is Oct. 28. In addition, college night will be held at Culpeper County High School from 7-9 p.m. on Sept. 29 and at Fauquier County High School from 7-9 p.m. on Oct. 6.

The Future Business Leaders of America would also like to extend an invitation to all students to become a part of this year’s club. The FBLA is an active team and is involved in various competitions and field trips. Please come by Room 8 and join today! Admission is only $7.50. Help make this school year great.
