Members of the SperryviUe Business Council are busy preparing for their annual Apple Harvest celebration to be held Saturday and Sunaay, Oct. 1 and 2. The event will be held rain or shine from 10 a. m. to 6 p.m. both days.
There will be live entertainment both days at That SperryviUe Emporium, bluegrass and folk music by the Hazel River Band and Domel Pratt at Faith Mountain and John Jackson wiU be appearing both days at Country Home Antiques. There wiU be homemade food throughout the town along with crafts, special antique sales, catalog closeouts and tent sales, bake sales, children’s games, pumpkins, apples, cider, aU sorts of demonstrations and many other activities.
The festival is sponsored by members of the Business Council which include Apple HiU Farm B & B, Mountain Spring Stable, SperryviUe Antique Market, That SperryviUe Emporium, Faith Mountain Catalog Outlet, The Faith Mountain Company, Country Home Antiques, Elmer’s Antiques, Doc’s Ole Stone House, Parkway Gift Shop, Country Manor Outlet and Hazel Mountain DeU.
