this year and was titled “A New Page is Being Written in History.” It dealt with present day happenings and how they will be evaluated at the end of 1994.

The program, presented by Mrs. Dale Metzinger, was a video presentation from the President General informing the members of the status of the on-going restoration of Constitution Hall, headquarters of the NSDAR. Mrs. Metzinger indicated that a new nuqor undertaking to help on financing this restoration will be presented at the District VI meeting in September which will be to sell chances on a watercolor picture of Constitution Hall. ' The budget for the coming year was presented by Mrs. Zillah Gutowski and was approved as written.

The next meeting will be held at the Rappahannock County Library on Oct. 11 with a program on women in the American Revolution.
