The Culpeper Minute Men Chapter, NSDAR, met on Tuesday, Sept. 6 at the Culpeper United Methodist Church in Culpeper with the Regent, Mrs. Thomas Eastham, presiding.
The hostesses, Mrs. Claude T. Guinn and Mrs. Biedler Settle, were thanked and members and guests were welcomed to the first fall meeting.
Mrs. Dieter Knuepfer read the message from the President General, Mrs. Wayne G. Blair, which stressed a renewed emphasis on reaching out to the youth in the schools with patriotic and historial events and programs. The need for funds for the restoration of Constitutions Hall was again stressed.
