The local literacy organization, LVA Rappahannock, will convene its annual membership meeting at the County Library at 7:30 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 27. Members, volunteers, learners and friends are welcome. '
Speaker for the evening will be Helen Williams, doctoral candidate, head of the Math Department at the high school, and instructor in the use of computers. Mrs. Williams will discuss the use of computers as instructional aids in adult learning.
