Mayor Willis said that he talked with Frank Reynolds about it, and said that he would like Mr. Reynolds to look at the issue some more and discuss it at the next meeting. He also said he wishes to make appointments at the next meeting.
Mr. Gooch objected saying, “We would like to know before the next meeting whether we are making two appointments or 15 appointments.” He expressed desire to talk about the appointments at the November meeting instead of October.
Mayor Willis said, “You could make a motion.”
