PUBLICATION _ The object of this suit Is to quiet the title of Jean Arthur Monroe in and to the V lands described in the Bill of Complaint filed herein, as to a tract of land of which Mary Wilmer died seized and possessed, located in Hampton District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, said land containing 14.4516 acres, more or less, as is more fully recited in said Bill of Complaint.
An Affidavit having been made and filed and the Bill of Complaint having stated that the said Eric Wilmer, if he be living, and/or his heirs, successors, devisees, or assigns, are or may be non-residents of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and that the address of the said Eric Wilmer, if he be living, is unknown , and that there are or may be persons interested In the subject matter of this suit whose names and/or addresses are unknown, which Bill of Complaint has made said persons parties defendant by the general description PARTIES UNKNOWN, it is. therefore. ADJUOGED, ORDERED and DECREED that all possib I e P ARTIES UNKNOWN having an interest in that certain tract or parcel of land of which Mary Wilmer died seized and possessed, and more particularly described and the Bill of Complaint, are made parties defendant and said persons are made parties defendant by the
