In Rappahannock County Circuit Court last Friday, Judge Paul Brown sentenced Kenneth Lee Baldwin, 21, of Sperryville, to four months in jail.
Last November, Mr. Baldwin was found in violation of a court order which forbidding him to go on the property of his girlfriend, presently 17 years old, who lives with her parents in Gid Brown Hollow. At that' time, he was sentenced to six months in jail, but appealed that sentence to a higher court.
