Mr. Walker is a 1989 graduate of Damascus High School and was graduated Summa Cum Laude frofn Frostburg State University in 1993.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in social science and also teaches seventh grade at Rappahannock County Elementary School.
Both Mr. Walker and Miss Paul are graduate students enrolled in the masters in education program at Shenandoah University iri Winchester.
