Lyle Foster Mr. Lyle James Foster, 83, of Dyke, Va. died on Thursday, April 13 at the University of Virginia Hospital in Charlottesville. He was born in Rappahannock County on March 4, 1912. He was a retired farmer and a member of the Amissville Full Gospel Church. His parents were the late Charlie and Mollie Scroggins Foster. Survivors include his wife, Annie Jane Smoot Foster of Warrenton;
