Craft Show Planned
A craft show will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, April 29 at the Madison County American Legion on Thrift Road, Madison. The set up fee is $20 for church organizations and $30 for other vendors. It is sponsored by WBRB MDU Scholarship Committee. There will be food, music, crafts and fun for all. Benefit Yard Sale

Beekeepers Association To Meet
The Northern Piedmont Beekeepers Association will hold its April meeting at 7:30 p.m., Thursday, April 20 at the Culpeper Cooperative Extension Service Building, at the comer of South West Street and Davis Street.
The program will feature tips and topics for increasing honey production, pollination; the latest news on mites and disease. A quick visit to Panama with the Africanized honey bee will also be on the program. All are welcome: prospective beekeepers, new beekeepers and experiences beekeepers. Plant Sale Planned
The Culpeper Library will have a plant sale from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, April 29. There will be many varieties of flowers and vegetable plants available.
Dance at Firehall

“Red” will be the movie shown at the Theatre in Washington at 8 p.m. on Friday, April 21. The movie is sponsored by RAAC.
Beef Marketing Seminar Set
Virginia Cooperative Extension and the Rappahannock Farmers Association will co-sponsor a Beef Marketing Seminar May 8. Topics will include Retained Ownership, Producing Feeder Cattle for Today’s and Tomorrow’s Market, Forming Marketing Alliances, and Marketing Options. Sessions Planned
Tai Chi Chuan, an ancient Chinese form of gentle exercise and meditation which tones, strengthens and relaxes all systems of the body, will be held at the new Community Center next to VDOT in Washington from 8-10 a.m. on Mondays and 6-7:30 p.m. on Thursdays beginning May 1.
