The Ruritans will hold their monthly meeting at 7:30 p.m. tomorrow evening April 20 at Bethel Baptist. Also, if you don’t get all your items ready for the May 6 auction at the fire house, you can get them to the Ruritans for their auction on May 20.

Amissville Health and Fitness Club meets from 11 a.m. to noon each Tuesday at the Amissville United Methodist Church on U.S. 211. There is no fee. Special guest speakers are set for April 25, May 2 and May 16.

To sign up for the nutrition lectures and cooking classes by the Hartland Institute to be held two hours each day May 24, 25, 31 and June 1 at Jeffersonton Community Center, call Cathy at 937-5024. There is a $20 fee for this session to cover materials and food.
