Homeowners in Harris Hollow appeared at the Board of Supervisors meeting Wednesday afternoon to ask for help in getting the channel of the Rush River dredged to prevent future floods.
Pat Davis, speaking for the Harris Hollow residents, told the supervisors, “It will not take a lot of rain to have the river jump back out of its banks and on to the road.”
