Rush River A group of homeowners from Harris Hollow asked the supervisors how the state and other agencies could go away leaving the Rush River in some places higher than the road. They predicted it will just flood again and with less rain needed to cause flooding next time. As County Administrator John McCarthy noted most streams in the county share the same problem.
