VA 23261-6943 NOTICE TO CONSUMERS SERVED BY DAINGERFIELD WATER WORKS PUBLIC NOTIFICATION TOTAL COLIFORM EXCEEDANCE We have been advised by State Health Officials that we failed to meet the bacteriological water quality standard as set forth in the Commonwealth of Virginia Waterworks Regulations for the month of May 1995. This total coliform exceedance occurred because two (2) compliance samples collected from the distribution system indicated the presence of total coliform bacteria. The presence of coliform bacteria in more than one compliance sample per month is a violation of the bacteriological water quality standard.
